About Me Describe Yourself: I'm a journalist and former public radio reporter with a book coming out in April 2006: PUBLIC RADIO: BEHIND THE VOICES (CDS Books/Perseus), a collection of profiles of more than 40 of public radio's most listened to personalities. I've freelanced for The New York Times, NPR, and a number of other national publications and radio programs. I also teach journalism at the State University of New York at New Paltz.
